Absolutely! First comes the flat stomach and toning, and then after thousands of “crunches” (and proper nutrition) come six packs.

start with 10 repetitions and 3 sets for each exercise. choose 4 or 5 exercises for beginning and then gradually add more repetitions or additional set of repetitions or additional abdominal exercise… I hope this helps.

you can also do it on the floor hold it for 30 seconds and yes it works

and should we start of with 4 or 5 exercises in ONE day?

if you are a complete beginner – start 3 times a week. 5 different exercises, 10 reps, 2 sets each exercise.

hey i have a question…
im somewhat fat in my stomach area..
and the thing is that i live in canada so for almost abt 8 months.. its so cold that i don’t have the chance to go outside and be active…
so if i do some of these exercises, will they help me lose the fat eventually? cuz i heard that if yu work out yur abs.. yu will only look fatter so m kinda confused..

fat takes more space than muscles, so even if you do not lose weight and ‘transform’ fat into muscles you will look thinner..
if you want to lose weight, you need cardio workout – all activities that include plenty moving (jogging, fast walking, swimming, dancing etc.; if you are working with weights – exercise with low weights and include many repetitions) and of course nutrition – 5 smaller meals with plenty proteins, veggies, fruit.
losing weight goes hand in hand with nutrition and exercise

it will tone the abdominal area. for losing fat perform cardio and take care of your nutrition… eat more proteins and less carbs.

I have a question. Once obtaining the six pack, after eating will it be enlarge due to what you just ate, or if it were a true six pack, it would stay a six pack no matter what you eat?

I do 10 reps and tighten my stomach as much as I can and hold it for 10 seconds and I’m seeing results!
