I am 22 years old and haven’t worked out in years! I don’t have time to go to the gym. I am mother to 3 (a 2 yr. old and 6mo. old twins), and I work full time, and attend college. The only time slot I can fit anything in, would be in the morning, right when I wake up, before I get ready for work. So, I’m thinking I can do 30 minutes or so each morning. But, I don’t know what to do or where to start. Any exersize gurus have any ideas of a 30 minute morning workout?
