Workout Routines For Women Older Than 30

Does anyone have any workout routines that are for women that are 30 yrs and older and are low impact?
My mom is starting a workout group at her church which is for mainly women who are 30 – 68 years old.
I have looked for different exercises, but I can’t seem to find enough that will take up a whole hour. We do not have any weights, so this has to be something that everyone can do with the resources that are available. i.e., chairs, water bottles, and the wall for “wall push-ups”
I would really appreciate any help that you can give!

Yoga and pilates are really good ways to work out with little to no extra stuff needed.

Power 90, and slim in six are both good low impact routines, but only last about half an hour each day.
