emt workout for women?
well i started to take this girl with me to workout since we both are in the emt program and need to get in better shape. after im done working out im burning till the next day. and she doesnt which to me means shes not working her muscles hard enough and i know shes not in shape or whatever. i see her fight to do some workouts i tell her to do so i know shes not not working out. i just need help on what to do to make her burn, if she doesnt have to burn to have results then sure i didnt know that but im pretty sure you need a burn. so some excersises to do and how much to lift. basically i want her to burn and all that good stuff, she also wants her butt bigger, any help is appreciated.
