I will be 17 in a few weeks, I’m petite and do not have much body fat on my stomach. I need good abs by mid october and am not looking for a short-cut workout. I do cardio in the mornings but am looking for specific ab workout, that maybe I can also do in the mornings.

And I am told that diets matter a lot on abs, I hope not because I like my junk food =(

yesterday at gym i find a girl who lift heavier than most of men in benchpress and biceps curl !
even her body still feminine, she gets lots of visible muscle, idon’t know if other women can lift heavier than lots of guys at gym.

i have a membership to a gym and i really want to tone up. i would kill for a body like jessica alba! what can i do to achieve that? how many times a week should i work out and for how long? as of now i usually do cardio every other day for 30-60 mins and weight training on the other days with short cardio (20 mins) to warm me up.
