Me and my wife workout a lot and she always sees me drinking a protein shake after from the little powerblends bar. Should i let her have one afterwards.

people say you can’t lose a lot of weight in a number of weeks yadda yadda but time and time again i’ve read where recruits have come back from 12 weeks at bootcamp and dropped as many as 30 or 45lbs. if it can’t be done, then how come thousands of people do it all the time and they’re perfectly fine?

anybody know where i can find one of those workouts
