Does anyone have any workout routines that are for women that are 30 yrs and older and are low impact?

My mom is starting a workout group at her church which is for mainly women who are 30 – 68 years old.

I have looked for different exercises, but I can’t seem to find enough  that will take up a whole hour. We do not have any weights, so this has to be something that everyone can do with the resources that are available. i.e., chairs, water bottles, and the wall for “wall push-ups”

I would really appreciate any help that you can give!

Ladies, would you support a return of workout Leotards or workout briefs ?

Since the 80′s and 90′s I noticed that in the last decade leotards and womens workout breifs are out of style and you no longer see them in the gym. I for one morn thier loss.

One I liked thier looks 2 I rather wear less because I have nice legs and like to show them and also I stay cooler. Theese days it’s all about the spandex pants wich I REALLY HATE because they are hot and uncomfortable, even spandex shorts. Everyone is covering up.

I would REALLY like to have thoose fasion come back. Would you support their return and be willing to show a littile more skin in the gym? I would!

i’m 13 and i’m currently lifting 45 pounds. My whole family says that i should stop workingout cuz if i workout too much my muscle will stay small forever and i will be short. is it true. Whenever i workout my arms hurt and i alwayz let it rest for 1 day and then i workout the next day. is it true that if i keep on working out i’m going stay at my height forever and that my muscle will stay small forever?? thanks for all ur advices.
