I am a 23 year old mother of 2 little girls who cant seem to find a diet that will work for me. I am almost 5 foot 7 and close to 180 lbs. I am ready to go on a diet and have just got a gym membership. I need to know a good workout and diet so that i can lose hopefully 30 lbs. by christmas this year. I want to lose 40 lbs altogether but i know it takes time so i am hoping to lose 30 lbs. by xmas time. My 1 downfall is i love pizza, i cant seem to stay away from it, but i am very desperate to find a diet and workout plan that will work for me. I dont have much time in the day to actually eat 5 small meals (i work everyday plus raise 2 children alone) so i need something feasible that will work. I need to tone up my stomach, legs, arms, and keep my butt looking nice…Any ideas on the diet and exercise plan would be greatly appreciated! Please no criticizm! Thanks
i also have a very slow metabolism in case that may be of some assistance

I think I remember hearing that the way muscles are built is that they are broken down durring a workout (weight lifting, sprinting .etc) and then they heal themselves and come back bigger and stronger. I am correct. I cant seem to find any site that shows like "how muscles work" I want to see like a little diagram that shows the steps. My theory is that a short but rigorous workout can be really good for burning calories and fat.
