I am a mother of two, one 3 and the other 6 months. I delivered both pregnancies through c-sections. I’m 5ft 5in, and with my first pregnancy i weighed 160, but gained 100lbs, and now i’m stuck at 250. I sometimes fluctuate between 240 and 260, but i can’t seem to loose the weight. I want to be able to tone my arms, shoulders, back, chest, stomach, waist, hips, thighs, and calves… pretty much everything, and I have a pear shaped body. Being a single mom with two kids i don’t have a lot of money for the gym or exercise tapes and would prefer to work out at home. Could anyone please help me with my situation? And is there something i should do before I start my work out? Like a Detox system or something? any tips and hints, or anything would be appreciated.

Let me point out that I have no problem with female only gyms because I am not paying any money to them. But with a co-ed gym, other than the locker rooms, members should be able to go anywhere they want. It is frequently pointed out that women feel uncomfortable working out in front of men.
Men should not have to subsidize women’s insecurities.

I’m 6’2" and I bought some gym workout shorts from walmart but they are so short and reveal my thighs which I don’t want (yet!)

Where can I buy longer gym that go past the knees?

THanks!!!!
